Texas A&M University, College Stattion, TX 		Generations on the Land: Working for Land Stewardship
In partnership with the Department of Ecosystem Science & Management at Texas A&M University, Sand County Foundation will bring several recipients of the Leopold Conservation Award together on October 24, 2008 to tell their stories in the first of a series of landowner symposia. The one day symposium will be attended by 50 to 80 landowners and agency personnel and will be open to up to 150 students.

Davis Conference Center, Layton, Utah 		Utah Association of Conservation Districts (UACD) Annual Convention
The 2008 Leopold Conservation Award in Utah will be presented at the UACD Annual Convention in Layton.
December 9-11, 2008
Holiday Inn, Kearney, Neb. 		Nebraska Cattlemen Annual Convention
The 2008 Leopold Conservation Award in Nebraska will be presented at the Nebraska Cattlemen's Annual Convention in Kearney.
